Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please note that all orders for physical resources are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This processing time precedes shipping of your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email at the time of your order and another email notification when your order has shipped.

Orders for electronic resources are filled within minutes of your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email at the time of your order and another email notification with details for accessing your electronic resources. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders for locations in the United States are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using either Media Mail or Priority Mail based on your selection at check-out. The Colossian Forum has no control over USPS service delays. If your order arrives damaged, please review our Refund Policy for next steps.

USPS shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check-out. Shipping via Media Mail usually takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive (depending on destination) while shipping via Priority Mail takes anywhere from 2-3 business days to arrive (depending on destination). As noted above, the time for order processing is in addition to the shipping time.

LOCAL PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees and elect free local pickup at The Colossian Forum office (601 Fifth St. NW, Suite 101, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49504). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at check-out, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

While we’re not currently able to ship internationally, we’re glad to offer electronic and eBook resources that make our materials easily accessible worldwide. For additional digital product options, feel free to reach out to us at support@colossianforum.org.

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check on your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking information may not be available for orders shipped to international locations.
